How can we increase diversity in high paying STEM jobs? Dr. Susanne Cappendijk found the answer by founding EDsnaps, a non-profit which provides mentors for students from Bronx, NY public schools.
What is notable about her story? Dr. Cappendijk was 50 years old when she founded EDsnaps showing it is never too late to do what you’re passionate about.

Growing up in the Netherlands in a small village and moving to America where she had to fit in taught about her understanding different cultures and people. In business and personal life, collaborating with others is critical for success and growth.
